Participating in the Global Learning Medallion program has been one of the best experiences I've had at FIU. It has helped me push myself outside of my comfort zone and look for learning opportunities outside of the classroom.

Some of the activities I participated in were:

  • Tuesday Roundtables

  • Hacker Nation

  • Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) events

  • StartUp FIU events

  • Alternative Breaks

As part of the program requirements, I also completed the following global learning courses:

  • Strategic Management

  • Global Psychology

  • Introduction to Religion

  • Introduction to Marketing

  • International Financial Management
